La traducción certificada de TWS incluye una declaración firmada de exactitud con el nombre, cargo y contacto del traductor, aceptada por USCIS conforme a 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3).
Cada certificado lleva un código único de rastreo para su verificación.
TWS no está acreditada por la ATA. USCIS no exige acreditación ATA; es una señal de calidad de algunos proveedores, no un requisito.
La certificación no es una notarización ni una traducción jurada/judicial. Nuestro servicio no aplica a trámites que requieran certificación notarial o judicial avalada.
TWS presta un servicio lingüístico; no brinda asesoría legal migratoria.
Garantizamos la exactitud de la traducción, no el resultado del trámite ante USCIS u otra autoridad.
